Day 49 Humans

Have you ever realized how amazing humans are? Think for a moment about all the years of innovating that it took for you to be able to read these words online. I bet you don't even know how the internet works. I didn't until I was taking IT classes at college. I actually had no idea what a router was. I thought it was like a magic internet making machine. I'm getting side tracked lol. Humans have come a long way from hitting sticks to make fire, eating random plants to see which ones didn't kill you. We created a way to share the information that your five senses provide your brain, across the world to millions of other people in seconds. I said we made wifi in the longest way I could, to try and help you see how amazing of an achievement it really is. People long ago could never have even dreamed it would be possible. Instant access to sights and information from any place in the world, wherever you are, whenever you want. I don't know why but I really feel like the internet has fallen off. It feels like the internet is the bad guy after they join the heroes team. Should be super awesome and amazing, but cant put up numbers like they should. I just look around and what people use the internet for on a daily basis and it's like man what a waste. Not trying to say that I'm any better haha. I play league of legends. Not the internet's fault though, It's humans who waste its potential. Time to get lost in my thoughts. I'm torn to say the internet is not good anymore because it is. It's the best it's been, but that's also why it's the worst. The downfall I see in the internet is the over monetization it now has. Where countless sources are all screaming for your attention. Huge drama! Breaking news! Can't miss out on sales! Everywhere I turn it's like a constant fight for my attention. It doesn't even feel like I have control of what I see anymore. Everything is fed down my mouth with a spoon. It's so hard to find anything to engage my mind. It's all shallow, all of it, now with Ai most of it is artificial. I loved when I used to have to explore to find out what I could see. Find new things on my own. Even searches yield 5 advertisements before you can see the results. Youtube is sad. I hate the advertisements on everything. I've lost my train of thought.
